Carrot Soup

Serves two.

Ingredients:

  • Carrots 250g

  • Cinnamon stick pieces 1.5g

  • Water 50ml

Preparation:

  • Peel and wash carrots.

  • Add cinnamon stick pieces to the carrots.

  • Steam together for about 15 minutes.

  • Blend the carrots.

  • Add water and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.


Garnish with micro greens, cilantro or mint, per your preference.
