Doman International is a non-profit organization that helps families of special needs children accomplish the impossible, by coaching them with holistic solutions for the development of their child. We are in need of a Marketing Manager who can help our message of hope and help reach tens of thousands of special needs parents around the world.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage Doman International’s marketing department

2. Create a broad marketing strategy for Doman International and implement it to reach weekly, monthly and yearly goals

3. Manage marketing projects with team members including video editors, Doman Method® coaches and departmental directors

4. Create and plan social media campaigns and posts, send out a regular organizational eNewsletter, and write regular blog posts.

5. Run and manage Google, Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.

6. Update and enhance our websites (currently in 5 languages)

7. Create graphics for event promotion

8. Analyze website, social media, and parent inquiry statistics to determine strategy effectiveness

Skills Required:

1. Prior experience in social media and email marketing, including Google and social media advertising.

2. Ability to create a comprehensive online marketing strategy including social media, website, email marketing, webinar and internet advertising.

3. Excellent grasp of the English language, including the ability to write copy in English.

4. Prior experience with website management and creation.

5. Ability to project manage and coordinate marketing projects with other team members at Doman International.

Candidate Must:

• Be available 25-30 hours weekly for this position

• Be available from 3:00-4:30pm EST every Thursday for weekly meetings

• Be passionate about marketing, and be a relentless, creative problem solver
