Director of Representatives

Colleen is our Director of Representatives. Her parents employed the Doman Method with her and her siblings, so her entire life has been positively influenced by the pioneering work of Glenn Doman and the staff. She is responsible for helping our families in the United States enroll in the Doman Method Course. She is also a trained Suzuki Method violin teacher.

Director for India and Asia / Cognitive Development Staff Coach

Jagjit is our Doman International’s Director for India and Asia, and has years of experience working with families of special needs children. She is also one of the Staff Coaches in the Cognitive Department specializing in teaching intellectual, speech and social development programs.

Founder / Director of Expansion

As the Founder and President of Doman International Institute, Douglas Doman is the primary teacher of parents, and author of Fit Baby, Smart Baby, Your Baby and How to Teach Your Baby to Swim. Douglas is the world's foremost expert on childhood mobility. He has worked with thousands of families to help their children with special needs for more than four decades and has lectured to healthcare professionals and parents in over 30 countries around the world. As the son of Katie and Glenn Doman, the founder of the Doman Method® and pioneer in the field of child brain development, Douglas works to expand his fathers legacy and the work of Doman International around the world.

Chief Executive Officer

Spencer directs Doman International's work around the world. He holds a Masters in Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He teaches parents around the world about brain development so their children with special needs can reach their fullest potential in life. Spencer is Glenn Doman's grandson, and had the fortune to work with his grandfather and learn from him during the last seven years of his life. Spencer hosts a free weekly live webinar called "Start the Week with Spencer", where he answers questions from parents about their child's development.

Clinical Director

Rosalind ensures that the families have the absolute best visit experience, oversees training of new staff, and is a lead instructor in teaching motor development for forty years. She was taught by Glenn Doman himself. She went on to have four children of her own, Marlowe, Spencer, Morgan, and Noah doing a program with them. Rosalind is known for her years of expertise in child brain development combined with the practical knowledge of being a mother herself make her the best person to lead the entire clinical team.

Director of Mobility Development

Melissa is in charge of all aspects of the programs pertaining to motor development for Doman International and helps with training new staff in this area. Melissa worked under Glenn Doman for the last seven years of his life.

Director of Cognitive Development

Susanna teaches all aspects of the intellectual program including social, cognitive and speech development. She speaks Italian and English and has the experience of over two decades working with us in teaching parents and helping families worldwide.

Director of Respiratory Development

Natasha hails from Russia and has worked with our team for many years. She teaches the respiratory programs and coaches parents to teach their child effective respiration. With her degree in Education she has translated several of our books and information for parents from English to Russian.

Director of Health and Nutrition

Specializing in traditional ayurvedic medicine, Dr. Bagade helps to not only teach Nutrition Plans to our families, but he also recommends traditional ayuvedic treatments to promote health and wellness in all of our children.

Mobility Development Staff Coach

Jordan joined the Doman International team in 2017 from New Zealand, and is one of our clinicians specialized in the area of Mobility Development. Jordan was drawn to the work of Glenn Doman by the holistic, integrative and parent empowering approach of the Doman Method, that views the child and family as a whole, combining health, wellbeing, and relationships to create the best environment possible for them to reach their full potential. Jordan has many years of experience working with children, families, and parents, both through the Doman Method™ and in an Educational setting.

Cognitive & Respiratory Development Staff Coach

Niyati is an Intellectual Department Programmer, she teaches our parents Social, Cognitive and Speech Development, along side Yoga Programs specifically designed for the wellbeing and needs of our children. Niyati has a background in Social Anthropology is a certified Yoga instructor and has many years of experience working with children, families and parents, both in a Doman Method™ and Educational setting.

Nutritionist

Alex is a Nutritionist at Doman International. He is a Registered Nurse by training with years of experience working as a Charge Nurse in a Pediatric Emergency and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Alex is also a part of our Technical Support Team, he is the online Doman Method Course builder and manages the web portal for Online Advanced Doman Courses.

Nutritionist

Julee is a member of the Department of Health & Nutrition. Her love of movement as a trained dancer brought her to Doman International. She is trained in Doman nutrition under the guidance of Director of Nutrition, Dr. Aravind Bagade, along with the rest of the nutrition team.

Julee is also the Doman International Fundraising Director and Travel Manager.

Nutritionist

Having worked with our team for years to help families, Manuela coaches families on how to give their children the very best nutrition plan, and specializes in naturopathy (essential oils, Bach flower, and traditional Chinese remedies, etc.).

International Medical Consultant

Dr. Isabelle Martineau graduated with an M.D. in Paris at the University of St. Pierre and Marie Curie. She is certified in the specialty of Nutrition and Endocrinology (in France Nutrition is a medical specialty).Over the past years, she further specialized in Naturopathic Nutrition and holds a diploma from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (C.N.M.). She also specializes in Functional Medicine and has received her accreditation from the Institute for Functional Medicine (I.F.N.).She is passionate about Functional Medicine. This approach has proven great results. It understands the body at the cellular and genetic level. It helps speed up the recovery of the children through new methods and testing.

Medical Director for the Balkans

Dr. Jelena Jovanovic is a pediatrician in Belgrade, Serbia. She has a private pediatric medical practice mostly with newborn babies and small children.

She has worked for 25 years in a state primary care hospital with children up to 18 years of age and has a lot of experience with children with disabilities both motor and psychomotor.

We are very fortunate and deeply appreciative to have Dr. Jelena as part of our Doman International Institute team for our families in the Balkans.

Medical Director for the UAE

Dr. Cachecho is a Canadian who began working in 2013 as a Pediatric Specialist in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. He became a Paediatrician in the French School of Damascus and volunteered as a doctor of SOS villages for 15 years. From 1987 to 2013 he directed his own Pediatric Clinic in Damascus. In addition he has been a Counsellor and Paediatrician of Total, ELF-Total Oil and a Paediatrician of families of United Nations.

He is particularly interested in Feeding Programs for babies and has considerable experience with Childhood Infectious Diseases. He is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.

We are very fortunate to have Dr. Cachecho as part of our Doman International Institute Team for our families of the UAE.

Doctor of Chiropractic in Applied Kinesiology

Dr. Attanasio is a consulting chiropractor on our staff and helps with teaching our families specific techniques in Applied Kinesiology in order to promote better mobility.

Clinical Manager

Being the primary point of contact for our families, Emma coordinates communication between the families and staff, receives all reports, and is in charge of overseeing the clinical schedule. She has years of experience working with families.

Executive Assistant

Nikisha is the Executive Assistant to the Founder, Douglas Doman and the CEO, Spencer Doman since September 2021. She has a background in Business Administration, having graduated from the Dominica State College on the island of Dominica in the Caribbean. The team’s love for children and giving them a better future is what draws her to Doman International. She also coordinates online webinars for the marketing team.

She speaks two languages: English and French Creole

Property Manager, Italy

She coordinates the organization and maintenance of our structure in Italy. Lucia works at the Italian Institutes for over 28 years and is very available for the needs of families.

Administrative Assistant / Spanish Translator, Italy

Rosalia collaborates in welcoming families and helps in the Italian administrative office. As a mother tongue translator, she accompanies Spanish-speaking parents towards the path to enrollment in our courses. She works at the Italian Institutes for over 13 years.
