Chickpea Bread- Gluten Free

DRY INGREDIENTS:

  • 225g chickpeas flour

  • 75 g tapioca flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk

WET INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 ml of water

  • 1 tbsp olive oil 

  • 1 tbsp apple vinegar

  • 2 handful of pumpkin seeds

  • Pinch of himalayan pink salt (optional)

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

DIRECTION:

  1. Put chickpeas flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, and  himalayan salt in a bowl. Mix everything well.

  2. Add honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and water, and mix the mass well.

  3. Prepare the baking tray (21 x 11 cm) and cover with baking paper, put the mass in the baking tray, and bake in the oven at 180 ° for 40 minutes.

  4. When the bread is baked, take it out of the oven and put it out of the baking tray, and cool it on the cooling rack.

  5. When properly chilled, slice and serve.

  6. Bake it in the oven at 180° for 40 minutes.

*Note:

  • The quantity of ingredients mentioned in the recipes are usually adult doses which may be modified for children accordingly.

  • You could blend the mix if your child can’t chew and swallow well.
