Coconut Lemonade

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups full cream coconut milk (refrigerated)

  • 5 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

PROCESS

  1. Soak 1 tsp chia seeds in 6-7 tspns of water for about 45 mins.

  2. Mix in the lemon juice, coconut milk and chia seeds for a delicious coconut lemonade.

  3. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
