Root Vegetable Medley

INGREDIENTS

  • Yam (1 unit) 219g

  • Potato (1 unit) 155g

  • Beetroot (1 unit) 162g

  • Parsnip (2 units) 133g

  • Radish (6 units) 164g

  • Garlic (2-3 cloves) (optional)

  • Fresh thyme (optional)

PROCESS

  • Mince the garlic.

  • Peel the vegetables. Wash them thoroughly.

  • Dice them (one-inch pieces).

  • Steam for about 15 minutes.

*Note:

  • The quantity of ingredients mentioned in the recipes are usually adult doses which may be modified for children accordingly.

  • You could blend the mix if your child can’t chew and swallow well.
