INGREDIENTS

  • Mushrooms  (chanterelles) - 200g

  • Pumpkin - 200g

  • Coconut oil - 30g

  • Brown rice noodles - 100g

  • Turmeric - 1.4g

  • Fenugreek - 2g

PROCESS

  1. Boil the mushrooms.

  2. Boil the brown rice noodles.

  3. Fry pumpkin in coconut oil.

  4. Add turmeric and fenugreek.

  5. Mix in the boiled mushrooms and pumpkin with the noodles.
