5 Reasons Glenn Doman Deserved a Nobel Prize

By Spencer Doman, M.Ed.

I remember when I was a child, many people telling me, “When is your grandfather going to get a Nobel Prize?” Ever since my grandfather, Glenn Doman, passed away in 2013, I still get asked this frequently from parents of special needs children and neurotypical kids. They will say things like, “How can someone who helped thousands of kids see, walk and talk who never would have otherwise done so, not get a Nobel Prize?”

It’s a good question and I don’t have an answer for it. In this video, I discuss five reasons Glenn Doman should have received a Nobel Prize. I should have named this blog, “The 5 Best Reasons Glenn Doman Deserved a Nobel Prize”, because there were plenty of reasons I didn’t include in the video!

Glenn Doman’s legacy has touched the lives of hundreds of thousands of children around the world. Do you think that Glenn Doman deserved a Nobel Prize?

Were there any reasons I missed in this blog? Please let me know in the comments below!
